The Trial copy is free and is almost the full version of GAP.

You can, at any time, convert the Trial copy into the full licensed version by purchasing a Registration Code.

Clicking the Download button will transfer a file called gapsetup.exe to your PC. The file is about 500kb which take less than 2 minutes via 56k dialup.

  

After downloading, just run gapsetup.exe and follow the simple instructions.

Use the Help within GAP to make sure you try all possibilities. You can also open and play with the demonstration GAP file. It is called DemoGAP.edb and it is in the GAP program folder.
